PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method for high strength steel sheet for automotive exterior good in deep drawability.
CONSTITUTION: After hot-rolling the steel containing 0.010-0.015% C, ≤0.10% Si, ≤1.2% Mn, <0.04% P, ≤0.03% S, ≤0.005% N, 0.010-0.090% Al and further, Ti satisfying the following inequality and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities at the temp. range of ≥Ar3 point, this rolled steel is taken up at ≤650°C and successively, cold rolling is applied and annealing is executed at the temp. range of ≥800°C and ≤Ac3 point. 1.5≤Ti*(%)/4C(%)≤2.5Ti*(%)=Ti-(48/14)N. In this steel, further, 0.01-0.03% Nb and/or ≤0.0015% B can be incorporated. Thus, the steel sheet which has high strength, such as 345-44N/mm2 tensile strength, and good formability and can sufficiently be satisfy the use for automotive exterior by an outward appearance after pressing, can be manufactured.
