Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fall-out and the hollow-out of a solid lubricator under using by embedding an outer ring of the annular solid lubricator onto the inner wall surface of hollow part of a holder guide bush and forming the holder guide bush inserting the solid lubricator.
SOLUTION: A core 6 projected on the outer peripheral surface of the annular solid lubricator 8 is housed into the hollow parts 32, 33 of a mold 9, and an upper mold 10 and a lower mold 11 are jointed and molten metal is poured into the mold 9. The molten metal is covered on the outer peripheral surface of the core 6 and filled up into base seat forming parts 34, 38 and cylindrical body forming parts 35, 39 so as to insert the solid lubricator 8 projected from the outer peripheral surface of the core 6. Thereafter, when the molten metal cools and solidifies, the solid lubricator 8 inserted into the molten metal is firmly fixed. The solid lubricator 8 is surely embedded into the inner wall surface of the hollow part of the holder guide bush by inserting in such a way.
