Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form the inner surface at the end of a hose made of thermoplastic resin highly accurately to the predetermined shape and dimensions and, at the same time, simplify its manufacturing process and contrive to reduce its cost.
CONSTITUTION: The semiprocessed product 10a of hose made of thermoplastic resin is formed by blow-forming. On the other hand, by inserting an inner surface forming mold 42 under heated state into the inner surface side of the end of said product, the inner surface of said end is fabricated to the predetermined shape through the fluidization of the resin material at the inner surface of said end.
