PURPOSE: To manufacture a hose with a different component bonded integrally at the end easily by loading a preformed body in an air mandrel, disposing the same in a blow mold, introducing a parison as a second material, inserting the preformed body into the parison and blow molding.

CONSTITUTION: A preformed body 20 made of rubber modified PP with two ring channels for preventing dislocation is molded by the blow molding method and inserted from an opening on the side without the channels into an air mandrel 8. Said air mandrel 8 is disposed on the given position of a blow molding die 7, and a parison 1 made of solid resin PP as a second material is introduced therein and the preformed body 20 is inserted. Then, air is blown in from a passage 9 of the mandrel 8 and blow molding is applied to integrate the parison and the preformed body. As the parison 11 is made of PP and is compatible with the preformed body 20 made of rubber modified PP, the channels are embedded, welded and bonded together firmly. The dotted line site in the drawing is removed after releasing and the mandrel 8 is also removed to form a hard hose with soft ends.
