Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the manufactured hot-dip zincing steel sheet excellent in image clarity, material characteristic and also press lubricity.

CONSTITUTION: The 1st skin pass rolling is carried out to the hot-dip zincing steel sheet in elongation percentage of 0.3-1.0% through rolls having surface roughness (Ra) of 0.01-0.5μm to give surface waviness (Wca) of ≤0.5μm to the hot-dip zincing steel sheet. Then, the 2nd skin pass rolling is carried out in elongation percentage of 0.3-1.0% through rolls having the surface roughness (Ra) of 1.0-1.5μm to give the surface roughness (Ra) of 0.6-1.0μm and surface waviness (Wca) of ≤0.5μm to the hot-dip zincing steel sheet.
