Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a concrete skeleton capable of constructing a wall concrete form of standardized few kinds of wooden forms, at the same time, using the form as a column, and using the form repeatedly.
SOLUTION: An expanded polystyrene separable member 8a is mounted to the upper surface of a footing concrete 7 (process 1), and form units 1 or, 2 are installed in a line to the upper surface of the separable member 8a. Then, a space is made between the neighboring form units 2 (process 2). Then, a separable member 8b is fitted into the space (process 3). A form is filled with ready mixed concrete to solidify (process 4), the separable members 8a and 8b are destroyed to expose a part of a concrete skeleton (process 5), and the form is removed from the part to be exposed (process 6). The form units having the same shape and size are used for forms of column section and wall section, and a corner column is provided to a corner section.
