Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the manufacture of an in-place mated part making up a clamp device.
CONSTITUTION: In the manufacture of an in-place mated part A which is cut out of plate raw material W, and comprises a highly accurate portion (a) formed at one part of its peripheral contour section, after those holes such as a wire cutting initial hole (h1) including a jig reference hole H, a laser machining initial hole (h2), a working point hole (h3) for the par A, and a fulcrum hole (h4) have been bored in the plate raw material first, the highly accurate portion (a) coming in contact with a clamp work, is machined on the basis of the jig reference hole H by means of wire cut electric discharge machining. Next, the remaining contour portion (b) ranging from the laser machining initial hole (h2) to the highly accurate portion (a) is cut off by means of machining not affected by thermal strain such as laser machining, plasma machining, ion beam machining, fluid jet machining and the like.
