To eliminate the occurrence of an exudation by forming a shoe bottom material containing a polyether polyurethane as a main component of a material having a specific tack-free time, thereby sufficiently enhancing an adhesive strength of a part to be adhered of an instep to an injected shoe bottom.
A shoe bottom material is formed of a material containing a polyether polyurethane as a main component. Before molding a shoe bottom, i.e., before generating the polyurethane, it contains two components of a liquid A and a liquid B. Normally, the liquid A contains a polyetherpolyol, a catalyst (triethylenediamine in a common use), a foaming agent (water) and, as needed, a pigment and a foam stabilizer. And, the liquid B contains a diisocyanate (generally 4,4'-diphenylmethanediisocyanate). And, in the case of molding the shoe bottom, before injection molding, the liquid A and the liquid B are mixed, and then its mixture is rapidly injection cast in a molding air gap for the shoe bottom. This shoe bottom material has a tack-free time of 15 to 80 sec.
