To provide an instrument panel of good heat resisting deformation and fusion property by injecting a thermoplastic elastomer composite showing specific physical properties so as to mold an air bag housing cover, and then injecting thermoplastic resin so as to mold an instrument panel main body.
A thermoplastic elastomer composite constituted of polypropylene resin 30-50 wt.%, ethylene-butene copolymer rubber 20-30 wt.%, ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber 20-30 wt.%, and inorganic filler 5-15 wt.%, and showing physicala propertres of which melt flow rate ASTD-D1238, 230°C, 2.36 kg load) is 3-20 g/10 min., linear-expansion coefficient is 8-11×10-5 cm/cm/°C, and tensile elongation percentage at -35°C (ASTM-D638, tensile speed 200 mm/min) is more than 200 %, is injected so as to mold an air bag receiving cover. Thereafter, thermoplastic resin is injected so as to mold an instrument panel main body, and both are integrated.
