PURPOSE: To provide excellent wear resistance as well as lubricating ability to metal and to enhance workability by applying a coating material, wherein an alcohol solvent is added to a water dispersion type lubricating coating material composed of a ceramic resin and wax, to an insulating film to be subjected to baking.
CONSTITUTION: A water dispersion type lubricating coating material is made by dissolving or dispersing wax as a lubricant and a ceramic resin for fixing the wax into water. For the wax, beeswax, montan wax, candelilla wax and the like are listed. An alcohol solvent represents solvents excluding a phenol solvent having a hydroxyl group in a molecule, and including methanol, ethanol, propanel and the like. Determining a blending quantity of the alcohol solvent at 15 parts by weight or more to water 100 parts by weight of the lubricating coating material is preferable because of enhancement of lubricating ability and wear resistance of an insulated wire. For an insulating film of undercoat, any one ordinarily used can be adopted.
