Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase dimensional accuracy while decreasing the generation of noises, vibration, etc. by a mechanism wherein an insulator is integrally formed on an outer circumference of a shaft previously, and a tooth member is pressed in and fixed to the insulator. CONSTITUTION:With a tooth member 1, tooth sections 1a are notched to its outer circumference, and a through hole 1b with a turning-stop 1b' of an arbitrary polygon, a circle except a true circle or the like is formed at its center. With a shaft 2, a turning-stop 2a' is made up at a section where the tooth member 1 is located, and an insulator 3 is integrally molded. The tooth member 1 is pressed in and fixed onto an outer circumference of the insulator 3 because the outer circumference of the insulator 3 has a turning-stop 3a corresponding to an internal shape of the through hole 1b of the tooth member 1. Thus, the tooth member 1 and the shaft 2 can be unified without using a key, etc., and the insulator 3 effectively functions as an absorber for noises, vibration, etc. because the insulator can be molded from a synthetic resin material.
