PURPOSE: To prevent the separation of a skin from a foam and shorten the cycle time of molding, by a method wherein foamable mixture, consisting of specified constituents, in injected into the skin, molded by soft vinylchloride resin.
CONSTITUTION: A foamable mixture, consisting of polyol, crosslinking agent, reactive catalyst, adding agent, the epoxidized substance of hydroxide group terminal unsaturated compound and isocyanate constituent, is injected into a skin, molded by soft vinylchloride resin for an tuotmoive interior trim member. The epoxidized substance of hydroxide group terminal liquidous polybutadien is the optimum as the epoxidized substance of the hydroxide group terminal unsaturated compound while this epoxidized substance can be solved previously in to the polyol constituent or can be added into a reaction series simultaneously with urethanizing reaction. When the soft vinylchloride resin for motorcar, which is sold in a market, is employed, the adding amount of the epoxidized substance of the hydroxide group terminal unsaturated compound is preferable to be 0.3W40pts.wt. with respect to the 100pts.wt. of polyurethane foam.
