Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the manufacture of the sheet metal integrated blessing bell which can easily be obtained at a low cost only by press working.
CONSTITUTION: A press lower die part 14 is lowered from its top dead center toward a press upper die part 10 supported by an air cylinder 17 as shown in (a). A bell half product 4 including a rolling body is previously fitted in the press upper die part 10. Then, when the press lower die part 13 abuts on the press upper die part 10 as shown in (b) and moves down right before the bottom dead center, the air cylinder 17 is put in operation to lower it by a specific quantity, e.g. twice as much as the length (m) of a cord. In this state, when the press lower die part 14 is pressed up to the bottom dead center in this state as shown in (c), the bell half product 3 is drawn into a nearly hemispherical shape so that the opposite open edges of its reverse surface become parallel to each other, thereby forming a chord part M in the reverse surface integrally with a one-character shape sound hole and nearly center parts of an upper and a lower half body.
