PURPOSE: To contrive cost down by enabling to perform sticking of cloth simply and reliably, by a method wherein the titled manufacture is formed of processes molding the core material int the shape of a required molded article along with sticking of a cloth, sticking a skin material to the core material through vacuum molding and removing the skin material on a cloth part.

CONSTITUTION: Simultaneously with a matter wherein a core material 11 and hot melt 12 are laminated, mounted on a cold press bottom force 15, cloth 14 is registered and connected by a cold press to force 16 and connecting needle 16a, the top force 16 is connected with the bottom force 15 and pressed, and the cloth 14 is stuck to the core material, a door trim body 40 is obtained by molding the core material into a desired molded shape. Masking 17 of an inner joint part of the body 40 is performed, an adhesive agent is applied and mounted on a mounting stand 23. the mounting stand 23 is lifted and made to bring into contact with a skin material 19 and the skin material 19 is made to adhere and stick to the door trim body 40 by actuating a vacuum pump 22. A door trim 60 can be obtained in a continuous process by removing the skin mateial 19 on the cloth 14 along with the masking component 17 by fusing the skin material 19.
