Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide manufacture for interior material which can shorten a forming cycle and attain cost reduction.
CONSTITUTION: A scrap 11 provided with a skin material 11a (10) used for a surface is prepared. The first inner surface 2a of a metallic mold 1 is made to face the skin material 10 to dispose the scrap. The scrap 11 is arranged so that the second inner surface 3a of the metallic mold 1 is made to face the skin material 11a (10). Raw fluid 12 for RIM is charged from a gate to in-mold an uncut interior material. The gate part is then cut from the uncut interior material to obtain an interior material. The cut gate part is utilized to manufacture the identical product as a scrap 11.
