PURPOSE: To obtain readily the titled uniform large-sized joined section, by covering a joined part of conductors with molds whose inner surfaces are plated with chronium and are coated with a fluorine plastic, injecting a PE insulator into the molds, heating and molding the insulator, cooling it, and removing it from the molds.
CONSTITUTION: The conductor joined section 1 is surrounded by the molds 10 whose inner surfaces are applied with hard chromium plating and then are coated with the fluorine plastic layer 11, then the PE insulator 5 is injected for example by an extruder 2 into the molds 10, and then after the molds 10 and the extruder 2 are separated by a separator 3, the insulator is heated to crosslink, and then is cooled, and the molds 10 are removed to obtain the intended cable joined section.
