PURPOSE: To improve the workability by using a heat-sensitive film which has no separator in a coating process.

CONSTITUTION: The paper or film 1 whose reverse surface is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive is adhered to base paper 2 after peeling processing and character patterns, etc., of a label are printed on the paper or film surface. Then the paper of film surface is covered with a transparent synthetic resin film whose surface is coated with a heat-sensing agent before the print ink on the paper or film surface becomes dry and the film is adhered with the heat-sensitive adhesive which has high cohesive strength and is applied on the transparent synthetic resin film 4. Then the contour of the print part of characters, patterns, etc., of the print film is cut from the top surface of the transparent synthetic resin film, unnecessary parts of the transparent synthetic resin film and print film are separated on the base paper 2, and a glossy label 8 is adhered covering the base paper with a transparent resin film. Consequently, the workability of the covering process is improved and the material cost is reduced.
