PURPOSE: To enhance the productivity by a method wherein conductive electrodes are formed on the ends of multiple conductive metals exposed to respective surfaces on one end side and the other end side of a laminated ceramic capacitor by electrolysis plating process.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of opposite end side wall surfaces in the long direction of a laminated body 1 are ground to expose the ends of a conductive metal 2 while electrodes 3 comprising electrodes plating metal are bonded onto the ends of the conductive metal 2 by barrel electrolysis plating the laminated body 1 having the exposed conductive metal 2 at the ends thereof. At this time, the time to perform the barrel electrolysis plating process is controlled enlarging the space of the electrodes 3 to be formed into the other electrodes 4. Later, metallic lead wires 5 are welded into the electrodes 4 comprising the conductive metal 2. Through these procedures, the terminal electrodes 4 are formed by the electrolysis plating process so that a paste coating device and a baking furnace may be eliminated to enhance the productivity.
