PURPOSE: To avoid variations in capacitance value among products by using a positioning means such as a tooling hole formed to a frame sheet as a reference, collectively printing and shaping patterns of two kinds of internal electrodes by employing the same screen and punching the screens and laminating each intercept.

CONSTITUTION: A large number of tooling holes 9 are formed along both side edges in a frame sheet 8, a large number of square-shaped openings 10 are shaped among the holes 9, and a green sheet 7 is bonded with the frame sheet 8 at positions displaced from each hole 9. Two kinds of mutually different patterns (hereinafter called a pattern A and a pattern B) are printed alternately by employing the same screen in the phase of array to the holes 9 at positions corresponding to the openings 10 in the green sheet 7, and a large number of internal electrodes 11 constituting respective pattern are shaped. Locating pins 14 are disposed in upright to a bottom force 12 in a mold press machine, accurate positioning can be conducted by inserting the pin 14 into the holes 9 in the frame sheet 8, a specified number of intercepts 17 where the patterns A, B are positioned alternately are laminated under the state, and a punch 16 is lowered into a recessed section 13 after laminating, thus contact-bonding each intercept 17, then shaping a laminate 18.
