Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a small-sized coil component capable of obtaining necessary characteristics without increasing manhours.
SOLUTION: Coil patterns 2a-2c composed of conducting material are formed on the surfaces of film substratums. From above, slurry 1 of material constituting an element is spread in patterns for forming apertures 3 for connection, thereby forming green sheets 4a-4e having coil patterns 2a-2c on the surfaces. After the surfaces of the green sheets 4a-4e on which the coil patterns 2a-2c are not formed are bonded to a junction object like the other green sheet, the film substratums are eliminated, and the surfaces on which the coil patterns 2a-2c are formed are exposed. Thereon the surface of other green sheet is bonded and stacked on which surface coil patterns are not formed, and then the film substratum is eliminated. After that, the green sheets 4a-4c are laminated until the number of lamination necessary for forming a specified lamination type coil is obtained. The coil patterns 2a-2c of each layer are connected via the apertures 3 for connection.
