Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable to easily perform the laminating work by removing the adhesive property from the surface of a laminating steel plate as well as to eliminate the irregularity of the laminated face for the subject laminated core by a method wherein a thermosetting bonding agent is applied on the insulating layer of the steel plate, the solvent is evaporated by applying heat and then it is hardened by heating. CONSTITUTION:The formed electromagnetic steel plate 1, which has been formed into the prescribed shape, is inserted between applicating rollers 2 and the thermosetting bonding agent 4 is applied on both sides of the steel plate 1. This steel plate 1 is placed on a conveyor 5, moved into a drying device 6 where the plate is properly heated by a heat source 9 and the solvent in the bonding agent is evaporated. Then, the plate 1 is placed on a conveyor 10 and after it is cooled, required number of the plates are laminated and lastly, the entire block of laminated plates is heated and the bonding agent therein is hardened. Through these procedures, no damage is made on the insulating layer of the steel plate 1 and also the laminating work can be performed easily.
