Title:
MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATED INDUCTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3428882
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminated inductor on which cracking and decline of strength can be decreased, and strain of stress is not developed without providing a void between an insulative layer and an inner conductor.
SOLUTION: Conductive pattern 21-1 to 21-n are formed on a surface of conductive sheets 22-1 to 22-m having a through hole and on magnetic sheets having on through hole, using the conductive paste such as Ag, etc. Then, the magnetic sheets having printed conductive pattern are laminated in such a manner that they are electrically connected with each other. After the laminate is press-bonded under constant pressure and cut into the desired shape, it is released from binding at 350 to 550°C in the air, it is fired at 850 to 950°C in the air, and a sintered body is obtained. Subsequently, a thermal shock treatment is performed once or more times at the temperature difference of 120°C or higher against the sintered body. The heating up speed and the cooling down speed when the thermal shock treatment is performed are set at 20°C/mic. or lower.
