PURPOSE: To obtain favorable moldability by eliminating generation of a recession or creases on a decorative material, by depositing a film layer fostering flowability of injected resin on the surface of a soft layer of the decorative material.

CONSTITUTION: A decorating material to which the skin 1 and a soft layer 2 have been stuck is used by depositing a film layer 3 fostering flowability of injected resin to the surface of the soft layer 2 of the decorative material. Woven fabric or knitting texture of a polyester fiber is used for the skin 1. A layer material having cushioning characteristics such as a foamed urethane layer or a rubber layer or a polypropylene foam is used for the soft layer 2. Injection molding of synthetic resin is carried out by injecting the molten resin into a cavity of a molding tool where the decorating material has been arranged for which an appropriate molding tool and a resin injection device are adopted. Filmy nonwoven fabric composed of a synthetic fiber of nylon or polyester or woven fabric of the synthetic fiber or a synthetic resin film such as a polyethylene film is used for the film layer 3. The injected resin is turned into a resin layer 5 by flowing after the film layer which has adhered to the decorative material and adheres to the film layer.
