PURPOSE: To prevent the outflow of molten resin and the deviation of pre-preg for raising the thickness accuracy of a laminated plate by a method in which a quick-setting material is coated on the peripheral and side portions of a laminated material formed by laminating plural pre-pregs impregnated with a resin and hardened, and then the laminated material is subjected to a hot press molding.
CONSTITUTION: A given number of pre-pregs 1 obtained by impregnating a resin, e.g., epoxy resin, etc., into base materials for a laminated plate and then drying them are laminated. A quick-setting material 4 (e.g., those having a hardening time of 60min or less at ordinary temperature), e.g., phenolic resins, epoxy resins, etc., is coated in a thickness of 0.05W1mm on the peripheral and side portions of the laminate material and then hardened. The laminate material is put between the metal plates 2 of molds and molded by hot press molding to obtain an objective laminated plate.
