To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated sheet which has lightweight properties and high strength and at the same time, has a surface appearance with an unwoven fabric appearance.
The method for manufacturing a laminated sheet is to laminate an olefin resin layer 13, using an extruded laminate, over the entire face of each of two crosslinked foamed sheets 11 to form two pieces of a laminated article of manufacture 1A, 1B, and fuse the faces of the crosslinked foamed sheets 11 to contact-bond the sheets 11 together. Thus a thermally fused layer is formed between the crosslinked foamed sheets 11 and further, the laminated articles of manufacture 1A, 1B are integrated into a laminated sheet. In this method, at least, one of the olefin resin layers 13 is composed of 100 pts.wt. of a propylene resin, 1-50 pts.wt. of an ethylene resin, 1-50 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler and 0.1-1.5 pts.wt. of a carbon fiber. Further, the olefin resin layer 13 is uevenly patterned during extrusion-laminating.
