PURPOSE: To provide the method for manufacturing a laminated tube by which adhesive strength is stably enhanced with a primer on a boundary between the inside of a metallic tube and a resin layer without being influenced by the lapse of manufacturing time, in continuously manufacturing the laminated tube through various steps such as tubular forming of a strip metal, welding following the forming, and resin coating on the inside surface of the metallic tube after the welding by means of a die for resin extrusion inserted from a midway part of the tubular forming.
CONSTITUTION: An adhesive primer (a) for metal and resin is applied on the surface which is made the inner side of a tubular body from a strip metal 2; a band-like pressing member 6 is continuously attached to the coated surface; and this strip metal with the pressing member attached is formed into a U- shape. In addition, the pressing member 6 is removed or the pressing member holding the primer is continuously attached to the strip metal 2; the strip metal with the pressing member attached is formed into a U-shape; the pressing member is removed to obtain a U-shaped body provided with a primer layer inside; the primer is further baked; and this U-shaped body is formed into a tubular shape.
