PURPOSE: To make a panel light, manufacture it simply and provide a method suitable for the manufacture in a factory by forming recesses on the surface of a woody plate.
CONSTITUTION: A sticking material 3 is stuck on one surface 2 of a woody plate 1. Then, recesses 5 are formed on a surface 4 on which the sticking material 3 is not stuck, and the V-shape cutting for folding is applied. Then, a bonding agent is applied to top sections of projections formed by forming the recesses and V-shaped cut sections. Further respective end faces 7a and 7a' of ends 7 and 7' of the woody plate are folded in a manner of butting together and laminated. Projections 6 facing each other are bonded together, and also the V-shape processed sections are bonded to manufacture a light panel with an external face on which the sticking material 3 is stuck. The degree of lightening can be selected optionally or sections of high strength can be formed optionally by the arrangement.
