Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal active matrix display screen plate and the screen plate by this method.
A first block to constitute a picture element, an address line and row 122 and a control transistor is formed on a screen plate 124, and the row, the line and the transistor are electrically insulated from each other, and next, a second block 158 to constitute the picture element is formed. The second block 158 covers the first block 124, and is larger than the first block 124.
