Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for the manufacture of a low gauss magnet to be used in some magnetic treatment of liquid fuel to perfectly burn the fuel for higher combustion efficiencies and thus for the prevention of pollution and fuel resource saving.
CONSTITUTION: A method of the manufacture of a low gauss magnet having a magnetic force of 50 gauses or less consists of the following processes: a process for grindind magnetite; a process for demagnetizing the ground magnetite powder; a process for compacting the demagnetized magnetite powder into an appropriate shape and size; and a process for magnetizing and providing the compacted magnetite with a magnetic force of 50 gausses or less.
