PURPOSE: To make the continuity and automation of the process by forming the receiving part of the force fitting parts with the press working, stopping once the sequential feeding of plate material, positioning the force fitting parts group carried in the line direction to the prescribed position, force fitting and cutting from the plate material.

CONSTITUTION: The plate material 59 is sequentially fed in the X direction, subjected to plural press workings and the force fitting parts receiving part 51H is formed. On the other hand, the force fitting parts 52 is transferred in the Y direction with the transferring member 70 crossing at right angles above the plate material 59, and is positioned in the upper side of the force fitting parts receiving part 51H. Once the both is stopped, the force fitting parts 52 is force fitted with the punch 63P, the upper surface side is caulked, and lower surface side is caulked with the punch 63P'. After then, it is cut and the products 10 is obtained. The process of the force fitting and the caulking can be continuously and automatically executed.
