Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a magnet and reduce the cost of a magnet rotor.
SOLUTION: In a magnet unit manufacturing process, a plurality of magnets 4a and 4b are fixed to the outer circumferential surface of a magnetic sleeve 3 for manufacturing a magnet unit 2. After a shaft 5 is inserted through the magnetic sleeve 3 of the magnet unit 2, a pin insertion hole 6 which pierces the parts 3fn of the outer circumferential surface of the magnetic sleeve 3, where the magnets 4a and 4b do not exist in a diameter direction is formed. A fixing pin 7s is inserted into the pin insertion hole 6 to fix the magnet unit 2 to the shaft 5.
