Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a magnetic guide rail for guiding an automobile type toy on a prescribed path by mixing hyperfine iron powder with a coating material, and applying the mixture on the surface of a base material. SOLUTION: A toy car is provided with a magnet for guiding its car body along a magnetic guide rail, and the toy car is guided and traveled by the magnetic force generated between the magnet and a rail plate. Hyperfine iron powder and a coating material are mixed, and the mixture is applied on the surface of a base material to manufacture the magnetic guide rail. The hyperfine iron powder is mixed and stirred in the coating material made of a resin, a solvent, and a pigment to form a magnetic coating raw material, it is applied and sprayed on the surface of the base material and covered by printing. The grain size of the hyperfine iron powder is set to 4-50μm. The powder of inorganic iron salt is pulverized into finer powder, it is mixed with a reducing agent aqueous solution, the iron powder is precipitated, and the precipitated iron powder is extracted to obtain the prescribed grain size.
