PURPOSE: To prevent the separation of an antislipping piece by applying an adhesive to the recessed part internal surface at the grounding surface side of a main sole main body, each injecting part internal surface of an adhesive surface and an injecting hole, injecting a raw material, and unitedly forming the antislipping piece and a stopper.
CONSTITUTION: A recessed part 3 in a proper shape such as a bottom surface deformed H shape is provided in the toe side stamping part central part of a grounding surface 2 of a main sole 1 main body, and proper number of injecting parts 5 in an approximately flat surface elliptic shape are recessedly provided at an adhesive surface 4 side, where the front and rear edges of the recessed part 3 are located, so as to communicate through an injecting hole 6 with the concave part 3. The adhesive to exert a maximum adhesive strength in a range at a proper high temperature is applied to the concave part 3 internal surface of the grounding surface 2 side, each injecting part 5 internal surface at the adhesive surface 4 side and the injecting hole 6, it is sufficiently penetrated, thereafter, it is dried for proper several hours, the raw material such as a synthetic resin and a synthetic rubber in a paste condition at a high temperature is injected from one injecting part 5 at the adhesive surface 4 side or from the recessed part 3 at the grounding surface 2 side, the adhesive is melted, and simultaneously, an antislipping piece 7 in the bottom surface deformed H shape and proper number of stoppers 8 in the bottom surface approximately elliptic shape are unitedly formed. Since the antislipping piece 7 is held by the stoppers 8, the separation of the antislipping piece 7 at the time of walking can be surely prevented.
