Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a fiber-reinforced mineral cured body reinforced by a bamboo fiber, by a method wherein raw materials comprised by mixing a reinforcing fiber, hydraulic mineral binder and water with each other are supplied and dropped onto a movable molding conveyor by making sue of pin type roll sets arranged in three stages, which are molded in a matlike state, cured and solidified after pressure molding further.
CONSTITUTION: The first layer (a) consisting mainly of a very fine and fine fibrous contents and then the second layer (b) consisting mainly of a reference fibrous contents as an intermediate layer are laminated in the lowermost first layer. A raw material mat A in a form wherein three layers are formed together with the third layer (c) consisting mainly of a very fine and fine fibrous content as the upper most layer is molded on the same further. The raw material mats A lamination-molded into the predetermined size on a thin steel sheets are piled upon in a plurality of sheets together with each thin steel sheets as necessary, pressure-molded by predetermined pressure further and then becomes a product through curing and solidification. With this construction, a desirous fiber-reinforced mineral cured body which has a favorable external appearance and physical properties is obtained.
