SOLUTION: Thermophilic hydrogen oxidative bacteria B are inoculated to a non-sterilized mashroom culture medium S, the hydrogen oxidative bacteria B are bred by supplying hydrogen H and supplying heat E at least in a breeding initial stage to the inoculated hydrogen oxidative bacteria B and the mashroom culture medium S is sterilized by generated heat during the breeding of the hydrogen oxidative bacteria B. Also, carbon dioxide C generated during the cultivation of mashrooms M to the mashroom culture medium S is supplied in the bacteria of the mashroom culture medium S by the hydrogen oxidative bacteria B.
