PURPOSE: To improve the surface smoothness and mechanical strength by scattering a filling agent evenly, by a method wherein thermoplastic resin containing the filling agent is molded into a strandlike state, cut off and then a strandlike matter and inorganic fiber are integrated through heating and pressurization.
CONSTITUTION: A strandlike 4 matter is used in a form of thermoplastic resin containing a filling agent by cutting off the same. The strandlike 4 matter is made a stamping molding material 11 by one effort along with an inorganic fiber 6 under heating and pressurization 8, 9. With this method, a filling agent within the strandlike matter is apt to distribute evenly within intertwining of the inorganic fiber. Especially favorable thermoplastic resin is polyester such as polyethyele terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate, hereupon. The filling agent to be used is, for example, mica or glass flake or glass beads or a glass mild fiber. It is preferable that the filling agent is 10W70pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. thermoplastic resin, in relation to a compounding ratio between the thermoplastic resin and filling agent.
