A groove 3 is provided on one side periphery 4 of a measuring tape body, an elastic body 2 in imbedded to form a frictional surface, a memo board 1 is provided, facing the frictional surface, the measuring tape body has both write and erase functions and the memo board can removed, thus allowing the memo board written in a coordinate work or elevated spot work to be handed over.
