PURPOSE: To manufacture a product of superior quality with high reproducibility by eliminating the need to use an adhesive sheet, a holding sheet, etc., used for the succession of constituent members when manufacturing a metallic mesh body which connects metallic small single bodies and ring bodies.

CONSTITUTION: Many metallic small pieces 1 each having a main plate A' and four leg pieces A" are used, and four leg pieces A" of each piece 1 are inserted into the hole parts 2 of a single-body array plate 1; and a single-body regulating plate wherein conical projectors are implanted is stacked on the single array plate 1 with the conical projectors turned to downward. After the conical projectors are inserted into the hole parts 2 of the array plate 1 and coupled, the single-body array plate is separated from the single-body regulating plate. Further, another ring-body array plate which has an array of rings B for single- body coupling at hole parts is provided and the single-body regulting plate is superposed on it and inverted; and the ring-body array plate is removed from the single-body regulating plate and each leg piece is coupled with the ring body to obtain an upside-down single-body regulating plate. This is worked to manufacture a metallic mesh body.
