When the metallic pipe is extruded, by feeding powder to be a coating agent into a through hole 14 of the mandrel 8, the powder is extruded out of the clearance between the die 7 and the tip end 9 of the mandrel 8 and then, a metallic pipe coated on the inside surface 10 having a coating material layer on the inner surface of the metallic pipe is formed.
