Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a metallized film for a capacitor to obtain the film having excellent moisture resistance to be used for an electronic apparatus, an electric apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: A film fabric 11 in which an A1 electrode is vapor-deposited on both or one side surface of a dielectric material, is passed through a water treating tank 12 filled with pure water, moisture of the fabric 11 after the A1 is vapor-deposited is removed by a drying blower 13, and an oxide film having 30-60 of thickness is rapidly formed.
