Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the damping capacity of flat plate material by securing T- shaped material creating apartures between small spaces of boundaries of frictional surfaces made on the same material or by securing comb tooth shaped material on the same boundaries. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing, multiple channels are created either in parallel or crosswise on the metallic flat plate 2 which is thereafter rolled so as to be returned to a flat plate again providing however inverted Y-shaped frictional surfaces 3 are formed on channels of the surface of the flat plate 2. Then, the T- shaped material composed of the overhang 5a and the leg 5b is secured on the boundary surface where the frictional surface 3 is formed. Or-else, the comb tooth shaped material 8 is secured on the same boundary space. By means of this method, the damping capacity will be increased.
