PURPOSE: To prevent an antenna conductor from being damaged due to heating and press-contact and also the deterioration of characteristics by forming a coating layer and a sheet comprising the antenna conductor and some apart of a dielectric layer in one body and adhering a ground conductor at the side of the sheet in the integrated state.
CONSTITUTION: The antenna conductor 3 is formed on the coating layer 2 of a microstrip line antenna 1, and the dielectric 4 is adhered, facing the conductor 3 formed on the coating layer 2. The ground conductor 5 is laminated through the adhering sheet 10 in the state where the coating layer 2, the conductor 3 and the dielectric 4 are integrally formed. Accordingly the damage of the conductor 13 can be prevented during a series of manufacturing process, deterioration of dielectric characteristics such as a dielectric constant and a dielectric tangent tanδ, can be prevented, and the performance of the microstrip line antenna 1 can be improved.
