Abstract:

To provide a mirror semi-stereoscopic industrial art object wherein an image is formed on a plastic mirror plate for which an aluminum foil is affixed on the rear side surface of a transparent plastic plate.

Either one of a photograph of a fresh fish or a person or the like, or an engraved print wherein a fresh fish is printed on a paper with sumi, or a picture, a calligraphy, a family crest or the like, is copied on a transparent film, and the transparent film is superposed on a silk on which an emulsion is applied, and after casing ultraviolet ray, the emulsion is washed with water, and a plate is formed, and by using the plate, a screen printing is performed on the aluminum foil surface of a plastic mirror plate, and the plastic plate is dipped in a caustic soda solution of 10-15% at approx. 20°C, and is rubbed with a soft brush, and the aluminum foil where the ink is not adhered is peeled and washed off, remaining parts where the ink is adhered, and the residual caustic soda solution is washed with water. On the rear surface, a lacquer is applied as a backing material which becomes a background, or either one of backing materials such as cloth, paper is affixed. In addition, on the front surface of the plastic plate, a transparent plastic monomer is applied, and this mirror semi-stereoscopic industrial art object wherein an image having a depth impression and a beautiful gloss can be seen, is formed.
