Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve yield by decompressing a laminate constituting the module for the time of thirty seconds or more in an air pack, bringing differential pressure with atmospheric pressure to specific pressure or more and preparatorily pressure-bonding the laminate. CONSTITUTION:A surface transparent member 1, solar cell elements 2, a thermoplastic polyvinyl butyral (PVB) sheet 4 as a transparent filler and a back member 5 are laminated, and preparatorily pressure-bonded through a vacuum pressure bonding method using the air pack. The laminate is decompressed for the time of thirty min or more so that differential pressure with atmospheric pressure reaches 650mm.Hg or more under a state in which the inside of the air pack is not heated and the laminate is heated at that time. Accordingly, the stack and contact of the elements due to the cracks of the elements and the displacement of the elements are removed completely, defective processes are decreased, and yield is improved.
