PURPOSE: To improve the productivity of molding process and reduce the physical distribution cost by electrostatically flocking fibers on a coating layer and filming immediately after the clocking at a temperature of 130-180°C.
CONSTITUTION: Vinyl chloride sol in which the weight ratio of plasticizer and vinyl chloride powder is blended in the range of 0.5-1.2 is coated on a thermoplastic sheet in a thickness of 100-600μm. After that, fibers cut into the length of 0.5-3.0mm is electrostatically flocked on the coating layer and right after flocking, filming is performed at a temperature of 130-180°C. Thus, the high magnifying extension may be possible without producing any cracks, and even the flocked article is in complex shapes, the molding can be done from the flocked sheet; as a result, there can be improved the productivity and also be solved problems in the physical distribution.
