Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart adsorbing or antiskid effect to a product by printing the arbitrary card pattern of a single or a plurality of chain-like or net-like suction cup type using ultraviolet reactive curing ink or two-component reactive curing type ink on the sticking surface of the rear surface or front surface of the molded article, and providing a suction cup layer.
SOLUTION: A single or chain-like, netlike suction cup layer 4 of arbitrary card pattern such as a circular ring shape capable of maintaining the soft and flexible suction cup performance is printed on the rear surface or front surface 3 of a molded article 1 manufactured by molding a material such as synthetic resin or glass. In this case, ultraviolet reactive curing or two-component reactive curing type ink-like substance manufactured by preferably using vinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, urethane resin, silicone resin or epoxy resin is used. The layer 4 is printed with card pattern such as single or a plurality of continuous chain or net-like pattern of the shape having a cavity chamber at the inside and padding at the outside capable of maintaining the suction cup performance such as a circular ring, polygonal or mesh shape.
