Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method and device for molded metal parts which can automate the burr removing operation and can perform the operation with high producibility, good finishing precision, and with high safety.
To remove burrs 6 from the peripheral edges of a molded metal part 5 produced using a specified molding device, a gear-shaped machining tool is moved in rotation along the peripheral edge of the part 5 so that the burrs 6 are cut off, and then a pressing tool 3 in roller from equipped with a resilient material layer near the surface is rolled in pressure contacting condition along the peripheral edge of the article 5, and thereby the burrs 6 are removed from the edge.
