PURPOSE: To obtain a molded piece having excellent appearance by a method wherein first and second molds are provided, a skin material is mounted on the first mold, a resin material is injected into the first mold so as to connect to the rear face of the skin material integrally, a cylindrical member is mounted in the second mold, the resin material is further injected into the second mold, and the cylindrical member and the skin material are connected integrally.

CONSTITUTION: A skin material 4 is mounted on a first mold and a resin material is injected into the first mold so as to form a pair of semi-cylindrical members 5 and 6. At this time, a top surface 3a of the semi-cylindrical members 5 and 6 is connected to a rear face 4c of the skin material 4 integrally. A terminal part 4a of the skin material 4 is wound in a rear face 3b of the semi-cylindrical members 5 and 6, and a holding hole 4b is held by an engaging cylinder 7 and an engaging protrusion 8. When the engaging cylinder 7 and the engaging protrusion 8 are engaged with each other, a cylindrical member 3 is formed. The cylindrical member 3 is mounted in a second mold. Further, when the resin material is injected into the second mold, the rear face 3b of the cylindrical member 3 and the terminal part 4a of the skin material 4 are connected integrally, so that a resin molded piece having high toughness and excellent appearance is obtained.
