Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the maximum energy product of a plastic magnetic and dimension accuracy by providing a resonance section in a mold and molding while resonating said resonance section by vibration.

CONSTITUTION: A node section of resonance of a mold 1 is retained by using a retaining component with possible smallest contact area. Then, a nozzle 4 of a molding machine is brought into contact with a sprue 3a of a fixed side mold 3, and a molding material containing highly inorganic substance is injected into a cavity 2a through said sprue 3a to carry out molding, and also the mold 1 is resonated by wave length (n) by generating supersonic vibration in a vibrator 10 by a supersonic vibrator 12. At that time, a point where a loop section of resonance, a loop section of resonance (point remotest separated section of deformed wave forms and vibrating most strongly) is conformed with the cavity 2a and carries out molding to utilize the supersonic vibration effect all to the maximum and make the flow of molding material good.
