Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the confirmation of an adhering state by containing a colorant in an adhesive agent when thermoplastic material is covered and formed on metallic foil, where the adhesive agent is applied after keeping a specified surface left behind, by means of extrusion. CONSTITUTION:A adhesive agent is applied onto specified sectional-form-metallic foil 18a after keeping a specified surface 26 left behind, forming an adhesive layer 28 there. As for this adhesive agent, mainly a modacrylic adhesive agent is used, and a colorant consisting of a specified amount of pigments and dyes is contained in this adhesive. Thermoplastic materials 34, 36 are solidly formed on the metallic foil 18a. Then, it is cooled and cut into specified dimensions, securing a molding. According to this method, discrimination between an adhesive applied part and a nonapplied part is easily confirmable by difference in colors in the adhesive application process. Consequently, measures against a defective due to adhesive failure can be done speedily.
